About the Firm
Mullooly Asset Management, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Manasquan, New Jersey.
We are an advisory firm that works strictly on fees, meaning we do not accept or receive commissions for any of our work. We believe working on a commission basis puts our interests in direct conflict with you, our client. We do not accept any trailing fees for mutual fund sales. Nor do we sell insurance or annuity business. Our clients have the option of consolidating their investment assets with a discount broker (we can recommend) or maintaining accounts with another brokerage firm of their choosing. Mullooly Asset Management, LLC does not have custody of client assets. We also offer personalized guidance for our individual clients on their retirement plans assets, including 401(k) plan investment choices.

Our Beliefs
At Mullooly Asset Management, LLC, we believe that:
- Clients are entitled to personalized service. The cookie cutter, pie-chart approach does not work!
- There is a clear surplus of biased investment advice available.
- Commission sales can create a potential conflict of interest.
- After defining objectives, investors and their advisors need a GAME PLAN to follow for up AND down markets.
- Constant personal contact and review is required to remain on the right track.
Thomas P. Mullooly has spent over twenty years in the investment industry. He began as a financial advisor with E.F. Hutton & Company after graduating from college (his undergraduate degree was completed in three years). He spent the early part of his career as a licensed broker with Lehman Brothers. Tom also spent ten years with Morgan Stanley as a broker, including three years managing an office in New Jersey. After twenty years in the industry, Tom formed Mullooly Asset Management as a registered Investment Advisory firm in 2002. Tom also received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance in 1987 from Long Island University.
